Installations and Commissioning of Solar Power Generating Systems – Project Management

Establish communication procedures/policies between the stakeholders and contractor's team for planning, implementation strategy, safety cognisance, budget allocation, execution of project
Monitor overall project progress through Gantt Chart and submit the Daily, Weekly updated progress also providing onsite trouble-shooting
Prepare periodical reports for submission to Clients, Tata Power and the various liasioning with Government bodies as required
Organise and participate in the periodical project coordination meetings/Teleconference/virtual calls with relevant stakeholders
Proactively identify all risks and recommend actions to mitigate the same
Review of construction works for all an Quality standards and submission of timely reports and quality metrics to Tata
Assist the site team in resolving Design, Quality, Contract and Site Management related issues

Review Pre commissioning checklists for various processes and steps, plus ensure complete supply of components and equipments & monitor completion
Review of documentation for testing and commissioning processes and certify test reports submitted by contractor
Coordinate with stakeholders and Contractor for planning and monitoring of the testing and commissioning activities of the plant, substation and transmission line as per plan
Witness Plant acceptance Performance Ratio test as agreed in the contract
